Saffron: This flower is rich in carbohydrates, vitamin B1 and vitamin B2 and it also contains high levels of antioxidants that are able to help improve the process of digestion, stabilize blood pressure, maintain the beauty of our skin as well as help increase our mental abilities.
Figs: Figs are rich in fiber, Calcium, Omega 3, Omega 6 and Potassium that is able to stabilize blood pressure, heart attack, reduce the level of cholesterol, helps to maintain skin health and increases the body’s immunity against diseases.
Dates: Dates are nutritious and contains many benefits for the body. It contains high levels of Potassium and Fiber and is able to help keep our nervous system and our heart healthy.
