We provide FREE delivery to addresses in Singapore for orders above $70 SGD or more in a single transaction. Orders under $70 SGD will incur a $9.00 SGD delivery charge. Please provide the mailing address with postal code.
Orders would take 2-4 working days using SMARTPAC delivery service by Singpost. The items would be delivered in either a box or envelope depending on the weight of the products ordered.
*If you are not at home to receive the delivery, the package would be delivered to your letterbox.
* If your letterbox is too small and/or full, a delivery advice would be inserted into your letterbox for you to collect the products at the nearest Post Office indicated on the advice within ten (10) working days from the date of the first delivery advice.
Orders are despatched via a courier and would take 10 working days for delivery or lesser.
Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of Singapore may be subject to custom fees and/or import duties and taxes which are levied upon you once the order reaches your country. We do not cover any additional charges for customs clearance and these must be borne by you (Reason being that we have no control whatsoever of these charges and cannot make a prediction what it will be).
Do understand that custom policies differs from one country to another. For more information regarding local customs office or tax authority specific to your situation, please refer back to the necessary authorities or governing body. When you order from us from overseas (Not within Singapore), you will be considered the importer of the goods and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country where you will be receiving the goods.
Overseas orders are delivered by Singapore Post.

If you have any lost or missing products from your order, please contact our Customer Service department at 9382 7194 or alternatively you can email us.
Lost parcels must be reported within 30 days of the despatch date. We will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.
If in any case your products are damaged while in transit, we are willing to offer a refund for the products if they are returned within 30 days of despatch. We will also not be liable for any damage if you fail to do this.

All products returned to us will be inspected and if the fault is agreed, we will give a full refund for the returned products.
We will not be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging involved in returning the products. It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service for returns as we cannot be held responsible for the goods which do not make it back to our office.

As such, if you find that the good that arrived is not in the most satisfactory condition, please do not hesitate to return the unopened goods to us.
